Champion of Diversity

Yungo Wins Champion of Diversity Award at FTTH Conference 2025
We are incredibly proud to announce that Yungo has been awarded the Champion of Diversity Award at the FTTH Conference 2025 in Amsterdam.
This award recognises companies that lead the way in promoting diversity within the fibre industry—and for us, it’s more than recognition. It’s a reflection of who we are.
As our CEO, Wilfred de Wildt, shared while accepting the award:
“The founding fathers of Yungo believed diversity is not a box you should tick—it’s the greatest strength you can have as a company.”

At Yungo, we don’t just talk about diversity. We live it every day. Our Prague office is home to 92 employees from 33 countries across 5 continents, bringing a wide range of languages, experiences, and engineering expertise to the table. This mix doesn’t just shape our culture—it drives our success.
“We firmly believe that different perspectives drive innovation. We’ve seen first-hand how an inclusive culture leads to better collaboration, creativity, and ultimately, to success.”
With 60% of our management team made up of women, we’re proud to be setting new standards in leadership and representation. And the impact is clear—not only in how we work together but also in how we serve our clients.
“It turns out, when you mix 92 people from all over the world in a single office, there’s no shortage of innovation and adaptability. Our customers feel it too.”
Looking Ahead
This award is a meaningful milestone for us—but more importantly, it’s a reflection of what we believe in. Diversity drives better thinking, better collaboration, and better outcomes—for our team and for our customers.
While other companies struggle to find engineering capacity, Yungo continues to grow. Why? Because talented people seek us out. They want to be part of a team where differences are not just accepted, but celebrated.
“Diversity drives growth. Let’s continue building a future where diversity is the norm.”
A huge thank you to everyone at Yungo for building a culture where people can thrive - this award belongs to all of you.
